The best carbonara I’ve had in years. I love that they use eggs instead of cream and they didn’t skimp on the bacon! It had a lot of bacon I think I hit my monthly bacon quota. 😜
JT had the Duck Confit. Like a duck crispy pata? Lol. It was really good! Really crispy and tasty. The skin! Ugh.
